Conducting excursions for foreign students has become a good tradition. For the fourth year in a row, students have been participating in an excursion program organised on the initiative of the House of Friendship of Peoples. On 17 September, foreign students under the guidance of teachers E.N. Sizova, A.N. Komarova, S.A. Timina got acquainted with the sights of Kirov.

      The tour began with a visit to the Cathedral Mosque, one of the active cultural venues, a meeting place for believers and worship services. The students also got acquainted with monuments of Orthodox culture, such as the Spassky Cathedral, the gates of the "Russian North", the Vyatka Preobrazhensky Monastery, the Uspensky Trifonov Monastery, and the sculptural composition of Orthodox Saints Peter and Fevronia. The participants also visited the Alexander Garden, examined the figures of the Vyatka Kikimora, saw the beauty of the Razderikhinsky Ravine and the Eternal Flame.
The guided tour became a bright event in the student life of foreign students. Through such social and cultural events, students strengthen the intercultural dialogue between their homeland and Russia.
