Transfer

In case students of other medical universities make their decision to get transferred to Kirov State Medical University, they must follow these steps:

* prepare a package of documents:

   - transcript of marks from the current place of education

   - passport and its notarised translation into Russian

   - certificate of higher education with its notarised translation into Russian

   - application for transfer

* send all the documents to the dean`s office of your faculty in the middle of January (for winter transfer and readmission commission) or August (for summer transfer and readmission commission)

* wait for the final decision of the winter (or summer) transfer and readmission commission

 

Readmission

Expelled students have the right to get reaccepted to Kirov State Medical University again. To do this, follow these steps:

* prepare a package of documents:

   - transcript of marks from the current place of education

   - passport and its notarised translation into Russian

   - certificate of higher education with its notarised translation into Russian

   - application for transfer

* send all the documents to the dean`s office of your faculty in the middle of January (for winter transfer and readmission commission) or August (for summer transfer and readmission commission)

* wait for the final decision of the winter (or summer) transfer and readmission commission

 

Bear in mind that transfer and readmission commission takes place twice a year: at the end of January or at the end of August.
