Information about the laboratory

The Laboratory of directed regulation of intermicrobial interactions in exo- and endo-micro ecological systems was founded on  1st of October, 2014 on the basis of the Department of Microbiology and Virology.

The laboratory has the following divisions: bacteriological department, department of enzyme immunoassay, molecular biology. The laboratory was created in order to carry out innovation and implementation work. The status of the laboratory: scientific-research, scientific-methodical, educational-scientific.

The main task is to conduct theoretical and experimental research in the field of the following scientific directions:

1) Creation of optimised biocontrol symbiotrophic systems based on screening of "eukaryotic cell – strain inoculate" pairs according to the effectiveness of target interaction.

2) Identification of the most important factors in the formation and functioning of microbial complexes of human biotopes for the management of metabolic activity of normoflora.

The laboratory is equipped with modern equipment:

ELISA analyzers, centrifuges (1.5; 3.0; 15 thousand revolutions per minute), wosher, thermostatic shaker, incubators, thermostats, anaerostats, stereoscopic microscopes, light microscopes, sampling device, video eyepiece with software, centrifuges for PCR, mini-thermostats for PCR, shaking machines, laminar flow units, PCR box, recirculators, amplifier (thermal cycler), autoclaves, dry-burning units
