All foreign citizens must re-register their SIM cards by 1 July 2025. Otherwise the SIM-card will be blocked

How to re-register a SIM card:
1) Visit the office of your mobile phone provider and confirm your data. You will need:
- passport and its notarized translation
- SNILS (see QR-code)
- verified biometrics (see QR-code)
- verified "Gosuslugi" account (see QR code)
- Mobile phone IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity).

2) Provide your passport and the IMEI

 

3) Confirm your identity using biometrics. To do this, look into the camera, following the instructions of the office employee. They can also help you pass the verification in the "Gosuslugi" application.

 

4) Sign the new contract
