SCORA. Reproductive Male Health

      Male reproductive health. Why are we talking about this?

         ✔ Men are much less likely to visit doctors;
         ✔ Young men hardly tell their parents about their problems;
         ✔ Low awareness of how to prevent diseases related to the reproductive system.

      The most serious consequence of reproductive dysfunction is infertility. So what rules do you need to follow to avoid problems?

      Avoid casual sexual contact, use a barrier method of contraception to avoid STIs, and follow intimate hygiene measures.

      ▫Regularly visit a urologist + general practitioner and take a swab for microflora from the urethra.

      Do not get carried away with excessively hot baths, long stays in the sauna and steam room (especially in combination with alcohol consumption).

      Avoid contact with toxins and radiation. Radiation exposure, taking toxic medications, and contact with arsenic, mercury, lead, and manganese can cause infertility.

      ▫Monitor the state of the nervous system and mental health, eliminate stress. Give up bad habits.

      ▫ Do physical exercises. The level of testosterone directly depends on the activity of the body.

      Eat right, try to get rid of obesity.
