From 7 to 17 July, students from the Belarusian State Medical University completed an internship in therapeutic dentistry at the clinical base of Kirov SMU - the Kirov Clinical Dental Centre. The internship was organised within the framework of the Agreement on Academic and Scientific Cooperation between the universities. During this time, they not only mastered new professional techniques but also managed to get to know Kirov: they visited museums and immersed themselves in the city's atmosphere. The students spoke warmly of the internship, emphasising that the knowledge and experience gained would become a solid foundation for their future medical practice.

      On 16 July, a meeting was held between the students who had completed the internship and the Head of the International Relations Office, Elena Sharapova, and the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Svetlana Gromova. During the conversation, the participants agreed that academic exchange is an important tool for the professional growth of future doctors and an effective way to strengthen partnerships between universities. At the end of the event, the students were awarded certificates of internship completion and commemorative souvenirs.

      In turn, the Rector of the Belarusian State Medical University, Sergey Rubnikovich, sent an official letter of gratitude to Kirov SMU and its Rector, Leo Zheleznov, for the successful organisation of the summer practical training for dental students. In his letter, the Rector highly appreciated the professionalism of his Kirov colleagues and expressed special gratitude to the International Relations Office of Kirov SMU.
