World Health Day is celebrated annually on 7 April. This date was chosen in honor of the founding day of the World Health Organization on 7 April 1948. Each year, World Health Day is dedicated to a specific theme related to the most significant issues of public health protection. In 2026, the theme of World Health Day is "The Strategy of Active Longevity," which focuses on the importance of maintaining health throughout life in changing conditions.
In celebration of World Health Day at the Department of Normal Physiology, students of the Foreign Faculty prepared presentations about how they take care of their health, including which vitamins they take, what specific features they incorporate into their diet, and what physical activities they practice. The students not only prepared engaging reports but also actively participated in discussing them.
Thus, World Health Day becomes not only an opportunity to recognize the importance of taking care of one's own health but also a platform for exchanging knowledge and experience. By sharing their approaches to a healthy lifestyle, students inspire each other and create an atmosphere of support. Ultimately, active participation in such events helps shape a responsible attitude toward health among the younger generation and contributes to creating a healthier society overall.
