The third Interethnic Chess Tournament took place at the House of People`s Friendship, becoming an important event in the calendar of the Year of Cultural Heritage of the Peoples of Russia. 11 students of Kirov State Medical University competed in the chess tournament; the future doctors worthily represented their university by demonstrating a high level of logical thinking and sports preparation. A particular success was achieved by Rezk Ibram Morkos Adel, a student of group 601i, who after intense matches took an honourable third place.

      The intellectual competition was held in a warm atmosphere, allowing participants not only to compete for awards but also to expand their social circle. The organisers noted that such meetings promote youth unity and strengthen friendly ties between representatives of different cultures, and the chess tournament once again confirmed its importance as a platform for constructive dialogue and the development of strategic skills among students.
