Kirov SMU held a meeting on comprehensive safety issues attended by student activists from the Republic of India. The event was organised in line with the university's priorities to ensure the protection of all students.
At the meeting, the Head of the International Relations Office, E. V. Sharapova, spoke and emphasized the importance of promptly informing the university administration about any problematic situations or conflicts.
Special attention was given to anti-terrorism security. The Head of the Comprehensive Security Department, A. G. Trufanov, explained in detail to the students the correct procedures to follow during various types of terrorist threats.
The students were instructed that in the event of a missile threat or a drone attack threat they must take shelter in basement areas or rooms without windows. In the event of a bomb threat or discovery of an explosive device they must immediately evacuate the building. In the event of an armed attack on the facility they must hide in the nearest available shelter.
The purpose of this training session is to develop practical skills for behavior in emergency situations.
