From Games to Healthy Lifestyles

Kirov SMU Students Hold Relay Races for Children

Students of the First Movement at Kirov State Medical University, together with their mentor E. V. Kuznetsova, organised an event dedicated to healthy lifestyles for the residents of the Vyatushka rehabilitation center for minors.

The young leaders independently developed a program with interactive competitions aimed at telling the children about the value of an active lifestyle in an engaging and entertaining way.

The program included fun relay races and games with balls, hoops, and small marbles. In each contest, the children demonstrated agility and speed while learning to work as a team and support one another.

The organisers not only explained the rules but also shared useful advice on how to maintain health through active movement. The atmosphere was truly friendly and positive, filled with genuine care for every participant.

The celebration concluded with the presentation of commemorative chocolate medals and sweet prizes, as well as group photos as souvenirs. The children left feeling inspired and, as the organizers hope, with a desire to lead a more active lifestyle.

E. V. Kuznetsova noted that the participation of the children in such an event once again confirmed that taking care of health is an important matter that should be learned from an early age. She added that the team is confident these meetings help shape proper habits in children and inspire them toward an active future.
