As part of the first stage of the Volga Federal District tournament, 3x3 basketball competitions among students of Kirov State Medical University were held on 15 February at the Gazprom sports hall. The final standings are as follows:

1st place – team members: Nikita Syrtsev (633), Alexey Malykh (402), Alexander Ivanov (514), Nikita Saltykov (119).
2nd place – team members: Pavel Prozorov, Nikita Parfenov, Nikita Smirnov (119), Georgy Sapozhnikov (104).
3rd place – team members: Mustafa Atwa (603i), Iad Rashuan (602i), Ayoub Du (604i), Imad Anes (607i).

      The head referee of the competition was Oleg Gennadievich Presnetsov, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Physical Education.

      The organising committee extends special thanks to the medical volunteer, Svetlana Kolotova, for her professionalism, attentive attitude towards the participants, and prompt assistance.
