An academic Olympiad for third-year students of the Faculty for Foreign Students was successfully held at the Department of Microbiology and Virology under the guidance of Professor N.V. Bogacheva.

      The Olympiad proved to be a true challenge for the participants. Students had to demonstrate not only theoretical knowledge but also practical mastery - from solving complex case-based tasks to the precise identification of microbial morphology. The competitors showed excellent command of both general and specific microbiology. All stages of the event took place in an atmosphere of friendly competition.

      Following the results of the olympiad, the winner was Abdulkadir Fatima (Group 306i). Second place was gained by Ramadi Naif Yasser Zeyd Hassan (Group 305i). Third place was deservedly awarded to Vishe Tanvi Swami (Group 301i).

      We congratulate the winners and thank all participants for their keen interest and high level of preparation! Special gratitude is extended to the jury members - head of the department of Microbiology and Virology E.P. Kolevatykh, Professor N.V. Bogacheva, S.V. Potekhina, and A.A. Yurlov for their objective evaluation and organisation of the olympiad.
