On 24 January, department of management and commodity science held a scientific works competition for students of group L-406 on the eve of Student's Day.

      In her introductory speech, their academic supervisor, Professor of the Department E.N. Sizova, told the students about the history of the holiday and the traditions of Russian students on Tatiana's Day, celebrated annually on January 25th. This year, Student's Day happened to be on a Sunday, making the main rule of this tradition - a break from exam preparation and time for rest - easily achievable.

      A total of 10 student scientific papers were presented at the competition. Each student chose a field of medical knowledge in which they aspire to grow professionally, selected a key world-class research article, conducted its detailed analysis, prepared a presentation, and delivered a report. The students enthusiastically played the roles of leading scientists in the fields of neurology, endocrinology, hematology, aesthesiology, pulmonology, and more. It is quite possible that in these photos, we are seeing future celebrities and Nobel Prize laureates!
