On 20 March, Russia celebrates the International Dental Health Day, which is a reminder of the need to take care of your health. The student Olympiad on the prevention of dental diseases "First hygiene skills" was dedicated to this day at the Department of Dentistry. The Olympiad took place in several stages. First, the students performed a full preventive examination of the oral cavity, then the hygienic condition of the oral cavity was determined and professional hygiene was performed. The final stage was the oral hygiene training and the dentist's recommendations. Each participant worked in a team with an assistant and a patient.

      Following the results of the event, M. Loparev was awarded a diploma of the 1st degree, Elkashef Sayfeldin Emad Elsaid Mohamed  - of the 2nd degree, and Al-Awdi Youssef Mohammed Qaid  - of the 3rd degree. All participants of the Olympiad received gifts from sponsors.
