"We met in Vyatka" is an event that traditionally gathers foreign and Russian students in Peoples' Friendship House on the occasion Russian Student Day. On 23 January, teams of educational institutions of Kirov: Kirov branch of Moscow Financial and Law Academy, Kirov State Medical University, Vyatka State Technical University, Kirov Multidisciplinary College and Kirov Technological College participated in a competitive program that consisted of a case games like "I study in Vyatka, we have our own rules ...", student quiz and creativity test.

      When completing the tasks, the students recalled the history of the holiday, demonstrated knowledge, showed resourcefulness and showed the ability to work in a team.

       Congratulations to the team of our University, which took the first place, showing knowledge and demonstrating teamwork. We are also expressing gratitude to the support group of foreign students of the preparatory program, led by the teacher of the Department of Russian Language and Intercultural Communication, A.N. Komarova, who actively supported our students and supported them with applause. We also note the active participation of the Student Council of the Faculty of Foreign Students and its chairman, Arian Mahmoud, for the organisational work carried out.
