A meeting dedicated to the development of cooperation between Russia and India in the field of education and medicine was held at Kirov State Medical University. A delegation led by Mr. Chaudhary Prashant, Managing Director of Salvia Promoters, Salvia Travel and SZ Consultants, and Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Kirov Region R.A.Titov visited the University on 9th of December.
      The visit was the result of a meeting of the working group in the government of the Kirov region, which was attended by the acting rector of the Kirov State Medical University L.M. Zheleznov. The guests met with the Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Students I.G. Suetina and the head of the Department for Coordination of International Activities J.N. Ovsyannikova. During the negotiations, the main directions of future cooperation between the Indian company and the Kirov State Medical University were outlined.
      The visit highlights the growing ties between Russia and India, which, as noted, find a common vector of development in several areas. It is expected that cooperation with Indian partners will open up new opportunities for Kirov State Medical University in the field of international medical education and exchange of experience in the field of healthcare.
