This year, about 300 people enrolled in the first year of the Faculty of Foreign Students. To make it easier for the students to adapt to the new living conditions, the dean's office and the student council of the faculty organised a series of special introductory meetings.

      The first-year students were told about the organisation of the educational process, important student terms, academic disciplines, timetable and the system of assessing students' knowledge.

      Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Students I.G. Suetina highlighted the importance of observing the rules of conduct at the university and in dormitories.The president of the student council of the faculty, Mahmoud Arian, introduced the new students to the areas of work of the student council and explained how to realise their personal potential within the facilities of the University.

      Activists of the student council of the faculty also addressed the freshmen. They talked about extracurricular activities and encouraged the students to take an active part in events organised by the University.
