From 1994 to 2002, he worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Pathological Anatomy of the KSMU, and constantly combined teaching activities with practical work in the medical institutions of Kirov. Since February 2007, he has been working as a part-time teacher at the department. From 2002 to 2012, he worked on a permanent basis in the pathoanatomical department of the Kirov Clinical Hospital №1, from 2012 to the present, he is a pathologist at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner №2, and since 2018 - head of the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner №2

Author of more than 80 scientific publications, including in the central press, is a co-author of 9 teaching aids for students of medical universities

Since 2020, by order of the Minister of Healthcare of Kirov region, he has been appointed chief non-staff pathologist of the Ministry of Healthcare of Kirov region.
