The department has the status of an administering sub-department and carries out teaching activities in the field of training 31.03.05 "Dentistry". The staff of the department participates in the implementation of educational programs in the discipline "Dentistry" for students of the specialties "General Medicine" and "Pediatrics".
     Programs of training of highly qualified personnel in the specialties of residency are being implemented:

• Therapeutic dentistry
• Pediatric dentistry
• Surgical dentistry
• Orthopedic dentistry

     For practicing doctors, under the guidance of the Department of advanced training and retraining of medical personnel, training is conducted on programs of additional professional education (advanced training and professional retraining); implementation of a model of continuous medical education for the accreditation of specialists in all dental specialties. The training is conducted on a contractual basis.
