Students of Kirov SMU took part in an ethnic event devoted to Students` Day

On 24th of January, students of the Fculty of Foreign Students attended an event devoted to the Student`s Day in People`s Friendship House. 

According to the program, participants should have delivered a speech about their life in Vyatka region. All Kirov GMU students (Atwa Mostafa, Du Ayat, Alali Alhasan Ali, Abas Mustafa, Deura Shar Ali and Islam MD Ariful) told others about their life experience in Kirov, about their studies and life in the dormitory. After that, they partcipated in a quiz. Notably enough, the questions were hard even for Russians, but our students were already knowledgeable about Russian culture and traditions, so they honourable represented their faculty. The final part of the event was creative performances of the students. Indian student from the 1st year (Khapare Yojana, Jadhav Joshna, Udaiyappan Sasidharan and Saravanan Sanjay) and 2nd year (Anilkumar Anisha, Ravindran Thrisha, Eldho Aleena, Ayappan Archana, Mathath Amaya) students surprised everyone with their bright dance culture.

Student's Day in Russia is celebrated on 25th of January. This holiday is dedicated to all students of the country and is a symbol of youth, study and creativity.On this day, students hold various events such as concerts, sports competitions, exhibitions and contests. Universities and student organizations organize various festive events for their students.
