To apply to any program in Kirov State Medical University all applicants should submit the following documents to the Department of International Affairs by e-mail

  • Application form, filled and signed by the applicant;

  • Passport with notarized translation into Russian;

  • Education certificate with legalization or apostille stamp in accordance with the procedure established in your country;

    Certificate of Recognition (if your country doesn’t have the contract of mutual recognition of education documents with the Russian Federation);

  • Notarized translation of your educational certificate into Russian;

  • Medical certificate and Vaccination Records/ Immunization Records with notarized translation into Russian. Vaccination certificate must contain history of vaccinations against measles, rubella, diphtheria, poliomyelitis, tetanus, viral hepatitis type B. Please note that all the vaccinations should be done in accordance with WHO recommendations for routine immunization (

  • In case you don’t have this document you will have to undergo the vaccinations in Russia. Otherwise, you won’t be allowed to do practice in the hospital.

    ATTENTION! Due to the world pandemic some country borders with the Russian Federation are closed. If you are the citizen of such a country, you won’t be able to enter Russia until the restrictions are lifted. Therefore, you will have to study online. At the moment, the citizens of the following countries can enter Russia: the United Kingdom, Tanzania, Turkey, Switzerland, Egypt, the Maldives, United Arab Emirates, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, The Republic of Korea, Cuba, Serbia, Japan, the Seychelles, and Ethiopia.
