Koshkin Sergey Vladimirovich - Head of the Department since 1990, Ph.D., MD, Professor.

He graduated from Perm State Medical Institute, General Medicine faculty in 1982. PhD thesis defended in 1994 on the topic: "The impact of fodder yeast on the development of allergic dermatitis" under the guidance of professors Datskovskii B.M. and Zaitseva G.A. In 2008, defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic "urogenital chlamydiosis: clinical and immunological characteristics, immunogenetic markers, prognosis and treatment issues." Has the highest qualification category, work experience of 32 years. During his work published more than 150 papers in Russian and foreign scientific journals, the author of two patents for inventions, speaker at scientific conferences of Russian and international level. Koshkin S.V. is a chairman of the society of dermatologists and cosmetologists of Kirov region, member of the evaluation and licensing commission on dermatology of Volga Federal District, member of the evaluation committee of the Department of Health of Kirov region, a member of the Board of the Russian society dermatovenerologists, member of cyclic teaching and problem commissions, member of the Academic Board of Kirov State Medical Academy, an expert of Bureau of Forensic Medicine of Kirov region.

Drozhdina Marianna Borisovna - Associate Professor in 2013, PhD. She graduated from Kirov State Medical Academy in 1997, clinical studies on dermatology in 1999. In 2000 she had an internship at the Clinic of Skin and Venereal Diseases in Hanover (Germany). In 2011 - an internship in Zaltsburg (Austria) on the basis of the Open US-Austrian Institute, in 2013 - an internship at Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich (Germany). In 2014 - study researchers company Jansen in Frankfurt (Germany). During her work published more than 40 papers in Russian and foreign scientific journals. Author of training manuals with the stamp of "Atopic dermatitis" and training manuals in English «Atopic dermatitis». In 2009 she defended her thesis on the topic: "Immunogenetic characteristics of patients with syphilis serorezistentnosti after suffering". Regularly makes presentations at scientific conferences of regional, national and international levels. Has the highest qualification category, is an expert in HIF, has the work experience of 15 years. Currently conducting activities related to clinical trials of drugs for the treatment of various dermatoses.

Topolskaya Viktoria Nikolaevna - Assistant of the Department of Dermatology and Venereology since 2013. Graduated from Perm State Medical Academy in 1995. In 4 years she worked as a station of emergency medical care. In 2010 defended the thesis on the topic: "Organization of cosmetic care to the population". Got primary specialization in Mechnikov Saint-Petersburg State Medical Academy, has a degree in "Health Organization." Has work experience of 25 years. The author of 10 scientific articles. She is currently the director of the clinic of cosmetology "Estetic".

Chermnykh Tatiana Valentinovna - Assistant of the Department of Dermatology and Venereology since 1995. She graduated from Kirov State Medical Institute, General Medicine faculty, traineeship and internship on dermatology. During her work published more than 70 papers in Russian and foreign scientific journals. Author 5 teaching manuals. She is currently working on a doctoral dissertation on the topic: "Features of immunogenetic (HLA) and immunological characteristics in syphilitic infection, their diagnostic and prognostic value." Has the 1st qualification category, work experience of 19 years.

Ryabova Vera Vladimirovna - Assistant of the Department of Dermatology and Venereology in 2003.

She graduated from Kirov State Medical Academy, clinical studies on dermatology. Took a refresher course in "Modern methods of correction of cosmetic defects. Hardware and therapeutic cosmetology", undergo regular training and workshops in dermatocosmetology of leading Russian scientific and medical centers. Author of more than 20 scientific articles and abstracts, 2 teaching manuals. Has the 1st qualification category, work experience of 11 years. He is a certified trainer in the cosmetics company "Mezofarm", "Nike-Med" and UMC "Neroli". Doctor-dermatologist Medical Center "Perfection". He is currently working on a doctoral dissertation on the topic: "The immunological and immunogenetic parameters in patients with severe forms of acne." 

Evseeva Anna Sergeyevna - Assistant of the Department of Dermatology and Venereology in 2012. She graduated from Kirov State Medical Academy, clinical studies on dermatology. Author of 3 articles. At present she works at a set of material for the master's thesis.

Urmanova Elena Ivanovna - senior laboratory assistant. She graduated from Kirov State Polytechnic Institute, the work experience of 36 years.

Cooperation

Department staff actively cooperates with the Department of Dermatovenereology of Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (Germany), Vitebsk State Medical University (Belarus), University of Florence (Italy), medical center in Sourasski of Tel Aviv (Israel), Kazakh National Medical University, Perm State medical Academy, Izhevsk State Medical Academy and other universities of the Russian Federation. The department conducts joint scientific, medical and educational work with the various units of Kirov State Medical Academy, educational facilities in Kirov. Conducted fruitful cooperation with Kirov Research Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, Institute of Microbiology of the Defense Ministry.

Staff of the department cooperate with companies such as Galderma, Astellas, Quinacrine, Farmtek, Glenmark, Nycomed.

Medical activities

The main clinical base of the department is a Kirov Regional Sexually Transmitted Diseases Clinic (inpatient and outpatient). The clinic has 120 beds. In all departments of the hospital dispensary (dermal, venereal and mycological) members of the department supervise patients. Advisory support is also carried out on the medical consultation, highlight the day for the reception of patients.

Immunogenetic studies using techniques of HLA-diagnosis (I, II classes), to determine the relationship with various dermatoses, sexually transmitted diseases and infections, sexually transmitted infections. Research results and lessons learned are published in a series of illustrated own images of scientific manuals and atlases. Currently, the department staff (including the assistance of foreign partners) released 7 illustrated manuals and guidelines for students, interns, residents, and physicians.
