On April 21, a student mini-football tournament Rector's Cup was held, designed to improve intercultural communication and strengthen the friendship of peoples. The competitions were held according to the Olympic system, in which the team is eliminated from the tournament after the first defeat.

      The participants of the Rector's Cup were the national teams of twelve countries. All of them showed a good level of physical fitness and showed perseverance, stamina and determination to win! In the final, both Egyptian teams the "Pharaohs" and "Egypt 2" fought with each other. The Egypt 2 national team won a hard-fought victory.

      It should be noted that the games became a stage in the selection of the strongest football players who will represent the university at the annual competitions in the 2024-25 academic year.
